According to investigators, Blinovskaya, through the mediation of her husband, evaded paying taxes in the amount of 906 million rubles, of which they legalized 706 million rubles. The final version of the charge was brought against them last week.

Blinovskaya was detained in April 2023, then she was charged with tax evasion of 918 million rubles and money laundering and was put under house arrest. Then the investigation charged the blogger with two counts of illegal circulation of payment funds and asked the court to take her into custody due to violating the terms of house arrest.
The “Marathon Queen” was sent to pre-trial detention until April 26. In February, her lawyer reported that an examination of the criminal case had established the amount of arrears at 906 million rubles.
