Thanks to the DOM.RF infrastructure bond mechanism, more than 50 engineering facilities are being built in Russian regions. In total, DOM.RF's portfolio includes 19 engineering projects in 13 regions of the country — that's more than 1.5 thousand km of various networks: drainage, water, heat and electricity. The largest among them are the creation of infrastructure in the promising territory of Zabelye in Ufa (implemented jointly with the Republican Utility Company), the comprehensive modernization of the water supply and sanitation system in Lipetsk (a joint project with Rosvodokanal, VEB.RF and the Territory Development Fund), the construction of a heating main TM-35 in Khabarovsk (contractor — Intelligent Utility Systems company, part of the Polyplastic group).
“Our joint infrastructure projects with business and the regions not only stimulate housing construction, improving the quality of the environment, but also have a multiplier effect — creating conditions for the development of industrial production. We are talking about domestic pipeline systems, cables, control equipment and many other components. Therefore, the bond financing mechanism can be actively used to attract private investment in the housing and communal services sector and help increase the pace of modernization of utility infrastructure, as the President spoke about in his message to the Federal Assembly,” emphasized Alexander Aksakov.
