Developer PIONEER successfully completed the transfer of 418 apartments with and without finishing in the LIFE Varshavskaya residential area. Residential buildings were built in the south of Moscow, in the Moskvorechye-Saburovo area, at the address: 1st Kotlyakovsky Lane, building 4, building 1 and building 2.
Towers with an area of about 34 thousand square meters . m were put into operation ahead of schedule in August 2023. The 23-story buildings have spacious entrances with designer finishes, reception and waiting areas with upholstered furniture, and storage areas for strollers and bicycles. Convenient storage will be provided by 142 storage bins at the underground level. On the ground floors there will be cafes, shops and service points.
Both houses are located in the central part of the block, in close proximity to the playhub for children «Snake», a sports cluster, as well as a children's kindergarten and school for 900 students.
The towers were part of the third phase, the construction of which was completed earlier this year with the delivery of the last two urban blocks for 927 apartments with closed courtyards and underground parking.
In LIFE Varshavskaya it is planned to build 18 buildings with more than 6,300 apartments. To date, 15 multi-level houses have already been sold, and more than 3 thousand apartments have been occupied. The concept of the quarter was developed by the Japanese bureau Nikken Sekkei: the residential development is complemented by public spaces, children's and sports grounds, as well as a pedestrian boulevard. The infrastructure of the quarter includes city children's educational institutions. The project also provides for a unified educational center, which will include a school and a kindergarten.
