The head of the Union of Tajiks of Russia confirmed that many migrants began to leave Russia amid threats and “nationalist calls.” “They are branded from all angles,” he complained about the situation that developed after the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall.

Dovlatov emphasized in an interview with the telegram channel “Podem” that the anti-human acts were committed by “some bastards» and noted that Tajiks are «shocked» by what happened.

«In the Tajik segment of the Internet you will not find a single sympathizer with those non-human terrorists,» the social activist noted, adding that the diaspora sympathizes with the families of the victims, I went to donate blood in an organized manner and am ready to provide any help.

However, Dovlatov expressed regret, “all sorts of inadequate people throw mud at the Tajiks.” He also reported cases of threats and publications of videos with nationalist calls on social networks. He also complained about anti-Tajik statements that even officials make.

Dovlatov emphasized that Russian law enforcement agencies are doing very correct work, but because of the above-mentioned cases, Tajiks began to leave Russia. In addition, there are isolated cases when employers began to fire Tajiks “because of some abstract fear.”

“For the most part, this is due to pressure in the Internet space, and not to the real state of affairs,” — Dovlatov explained, adding that this scares law-abiding and non-militant Tajiks and these are the ones who are leaving now.
