MOSCOW, March 29. Canadian actress Jennifer Leak, who played in the TV series “The Young and the Restless,” died at the age of 77, her ex-husband Tim Matheson announced on the social network Facebook*.

As stated in the actress’s obituary, Leake died on March 18. The cause of death was progressive supranuclear palsy, which she had been battling for the past seven years.
Jennifer Leake was born in Cardiff (UK) in 1947. The actress began acting in the 1960s. Viewers remember her for the TV series “The Young and the Restless,” “One Life to Live,” “Another World,” “Guiding Light,” as well as the film “Yours, Mine and Ours.”
