Donstroy entered the top 5 developers in Moscow in terms of current construction volume

According to the results of the rating of development companies from the Unified Resource of Developers (ERZ), Donstroy, as of April 2, 2024, was in the top 5 in two indicators at once: the volume of ongoing construction and the consumer qualities of housing. The rating includes more than 70 of the largest construction companies in Moscow.

Thus, Donstroy took first place in terms of consumer quality of housing, receiving an average score of 58.61. The leaders of this rating are only those companies that have received high scores for all their projects. Each property is assessed according to 136 parameters, starting with the technical characteristics of the house and apartments and ending with how many grocery stores are within walking distance, whether there is a playground with improved coverage, a fitness center with a swimming pool, places for strollers and bicycles, kindergartens, schools etc.

And in the ranking in terms of the volume of current construction in Moscow, the developer is in fifth place (854 thousand sq. m.). Here, objects that have published project declarations and do not have published permissions for commissioning in the UISZhS are taken into account.

This year Donstroy turns 30 years old. During its work in the Moscow real estate market, the company built an entire city. Its area is more than 6.1 million square meters. m. Its population is more than 90 thousand people.
