Glas-Development Group has been implementing the ProMovement internship program since 2021, aimed at attracting young specialists and forming a reserve of candidates with high potential. During its operation, more than 150 students from the largest universities in the country completed internships at the company, including: RUDN University, Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov, MSSU, etc. Thus, according to the results of last year alone, about 25% of interns received a job offer at Hals -Development» and transferred to the staff.

Most students undergo an internship at the company for one year. The number of hours per week varies to make it possible to combine work and study. During the program, interns are fully immersed in the corporate culture, they have access to partner programs, sports areas, events, training seminars and more. The internship program is paid, vacancies are posted on the largest job search resources. Recruitment for internships is ongoing all year round. On April 5, Hals-Development will also take part in the annual job fair organized by MGSU.
Based on the results of 2023, Hals-Development Group took second place in the “Rating of Russian Employers” » among construction companies with up to 1 thousand employees. The company is also regularly ranked in the top 20 best mid-sized employers.
