Novikombank provided enterprises included in the Rostec state corporation with preferential financing totaling over 95 billion rubles. based on the results of last year. Support from Rostec's core bank allowed organizations to reduce banking support costs by RUB 7.2 billion.
During 2023, in agreement with the main shareholder, Novikombank directed resources to implement nine of its own preferential industrial financing programs, and also helped corporate clients take advantage of government support measures. The total volume of transactions carried out by the bank in cooperation with development institutions of the VEB.RF group exceeded 100 billion rubles. In particular, Novikombank finances projects of industrial enterprises for the production of priority products within the framework of the cluster investment platform — a project of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia with the participation of the Industrial Development Fund and the state development corporation VEB.RF.
Thanks to this work, enterprises included in the budgetary contour of Rostec managed to save significant funds on banking support. Also, individual companies operating in government-priority industries were able to free up funds by freezing the base rate at 8.5% per annum. The saved funds are used to implement investment projects for the production of priority products, including for import.
In addition, Novikombank financed the costs of executing contracts for the advanced production of an electronic database, and provided preferential financing for the production of export products civil purpose and took part in the implementation of projects for the digital transformation of the Russian Federation.
Novikombank is constantly exploring the possibilities of joining various preferential programs, which allows enterprises not only to reduce the cost of attracted resources, but also to free up funds for investment.
