The court partially upheld Vodonaeva's claim for protection of honor against blogger Petrov

MOSCOW, April 5 The Tagansky Court of Moscow partially satisfied the claim to protect the honor and dignity of ex-participant of the show “Dom-2” Alena Vodonaeva against beauty blogger Andrei Petrov , collecting 200 thousand rubles from him, the court reported.
“The court partially satisfied the claims of Alena Yurievna Vodonaeva against Andrey Vladimirovich Petrov and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization for Promoting Information and Education of the Population “Media Holding” Public News Service” for the protection of honor, dignity, business reputation, recovery of compensation for moral damage… By the court decision Petrov A.V. is obliged to publish a refutation and pay moral compensation to Vodonaeva in the amount of 200,000 rubles,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
What the initial amount of the claim was, the court did not specify.

They said that the court had not recognized information about the plaintiff, disseminated in the Telegram channel “PETROVA”, that corresponds to reality and discredits honor, dignity and business reputation.
