Transport prosecutors: the driver and passengers of the car miraculously escaped death after a collision with a train

Transport prosecutors of Transbaikalia began checking the circumstances of the collision between a train and a car.
As told in Vostochno -Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office, the incident in the area of the Amazar railway station occurred on the night of April 6-7. A passenger car with a driver and two passengers jumped onto the rails right in front of an approaching freight train.
The driver applied the emergency brake, but a collision could not be avoided. Judging by the footage from the scene of the emergency, the passenger car practically turned into a pile of scrap metal.
However, the people in the car were lucky – they managed to jump out of the car before the collision and remained safe and sound.
