The Runet economy has grown 3.5 times in five years

MOSCOW, April 7The Runet economy has grown 3.5 times, said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.
“Since 2019, the volume of the Runet economy has grown 3.5 times, up to 16.4 trillion (rubles. – Ed.),” he said as part of Runet Day at VDNKh.
Chernyshenko clarified that 84 percent of Russians spend more than three hours on the Internet in day, and for about half of the people, the use of Internet services has become firmly established in everyday life.

The Deputy Prime Minister recalled that in 2023, more than 340 million services were provided on the government services portal, and the daily audience of users was 11 million person.
