State Duma Deputy Alexander Khinshtein commented on the verdict of a migrant who caused a brawl on a bus in Moscow in January 2022. The politician wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

Earlier it became known that Shugaib Bolatukaev was sentenced to 5 years in prison for hooliganism and inciting hatred and fined 194 thousand rubles.

The parliamentarian expressed the hope that in prison Shugaib, who dreamed of beating Russians with impunity, will finally no longer have the desire to do this, much less incite ethnic hatred.

He will also be under constant operational control in order to prevent extremism and dissemination of destructive ideas, added Khinshtein.

Recall that Bolatukaev, while traveling on the bus, first demanded to be dropped off in the middle of the route. When the driver refused, the passenger began to insult him and hit the driver's front door several times. Other passengers tried to reason with the brawler, but he began to insult them based on their nationality.
