On May 14, the Russian Auction House (RAH) will hold auctions as part of the bankruptcy procedure of OJSC Metrostroy. Three lots are up for auction: an office building in Admiralteysky, a sports complex in Petrogradsky and an industrial and warehouse complex in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg.
The total starting price of the lots is 804.7 million rubles.
Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until May 13 on the federal trading platform ETP RAD—Lot-online.
Lot No. 1 – office building 434.2 sq. m. m with a land plot of 366 sq. m near the Pushkinskaya metro station.
- Address: Podezdnoy lane, 9.
- The building is located in an area with established residential, public and business development. In close proximity to Vitebsky railway station. Nearby is the Obvodny Canal embankment (500 m) and Moskovsky Prospekt (1.5 km).
- The object is in good condition. Currently, all areas of the building are leased for offices.
- Initial price – 60 million rubles.
