MOSCOW, April 18 On April 24, the Moscow City Court will consider a complaint against the arrest order of Nazrimad, a defendant in the Crocus terrorist attack case, the court reported.
“The court hearing is scheduled for April 24, at 11.15,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
The Basmanny court arrested him until May 22.
According to the court, Lutfulloi, a 24-year-old native of Tajikistan, lived in a hostel near the Shchelkovskaya metro station. It turned out that he was detained by police on the evening of March 23 near the Crocus building, where, in response to a request to show documents, Lutfulloi began to “express himself in coarse obscene language, behave defiantly, impudently,” and did not respond to demands to stop illegal actions. The Preobrazhensky Court of Moscow arrested him for 15 days for petty hooliganism.
In this case, 11 accused of committing a terrorist attack that resulted in death as part of an organized group were arrested in Moscow (clause “b” of part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), four of them had previously filed complaints: the father and sons of the Islomovs, and also Alisher Kasimov, who rented out an apartment to the alleged perpetrators of the terrorist attack. All appeals were rejected.
The terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow occurred on March 22: the attackers opened fire with automatic weapons on the people in the building and set the auditorium on fire. According to the latest data, 145 people died.
