Packed into suitcases: “Wagnerite” admitted to dismembering a St. Petersburg woman

“Fontanka”: in the Leningrad region, a former member of the SVO from a PMC dismembered a woman

In the Leningrad region, a former member of the SVO was suspected of murdering a woman. According to Fontanka, a 20-year-old resident of St. Petersburg contacted the police and reported that her mother was missing. In search of the woman, law enforcement officers found the suspect.

It is reported that the police came to the village of Nikolskoye, Tosnensky District, for the suspect in the murder of 42-year-old Alexei S. On the night of April 21, security forces for a long time could not get into the apartment where the man lived, and when they finally managed to enter the home, the owner could not immediately explain where the suitcase with the dismembered remains came from. It is reported that the man managed to throw the second suitcase with other parts of the body out of the window, but it was later found.

According to Fontanka, since 2018 the man has been in a colony in Udmurtia, where he was serving a 12-year sentence for murder. The publication's sources stated that at the end of 2022 he joined the Wagner PMC and went to the North Military District zone, returning from there in the summer of 2023. It is reported that after completing his contract with the PMC, he came to the Leningrad region to earn money.

The publication says that soon after his arrest, the man confessed to another murder and described in detail “how he dismembered a woman after a quarrel.” In particular, he said “where he had to buy a hacksaw and a suitcase on wheels.”
