ST. PETERSBURG, April 23Two teenagers allegedly shot at the window of a dormitory in the Kirovsky district of St. Petersburg; they were detained and handed over to their parents after questioning, the press service of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation reported.
According to the department, the day before at 18.27 Moscow time, the Kirov district police received a message that a few minutes earlier, unknown persons had shot twice at the window of the room at building 5 on Stachek Avenue, where the dormitory is located, and damaged the glass.
“At 20:20, at house 5 on Stachek Avenue, a 16-year-old student of the 9th grade of the school, a resident of the same area, was detained on suspicion of committing this crime. An hour later, at house 50 on Sevastopolskaya Street, another person involved in this incident, 14- summer eighth grader,” the message says.
As noted, after the interview, both suspects were handed over to their parents. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided.
