In 2024, about 3,000 families received a mortgage using a QR code — without filling out an application form or providing documents. Clients receive a comprehensive solution for all existing mortgage products within a few minutes, said Kirill Varentsov, Vice President of DOM.RF Bank.
The largest number of transactions using innovative one-touch mortgage processing technology were registered in Moscow and the Moscow region (RUB 6.8 billion), St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region (RUB 1.3 billion), and the Krasnodar Territory (RUB 1.1 billion). .). In addition, the service is popular in the Sverdlovsk (RUB 770 million), Tyumen (RUB 680 million), Nizhny Novgorod (RUB 670 million), Novosibirsk (RUB 666 million) and Voronezh (RUB 660 million) regions.
“Based on the results of the first quarter, transactions in the amount of 17.3 billion rubles were carried out using the QR code. Our technology is appreciated by clients — it helps simplify and speed up the loan application process. In addition, it allows you to optimize business processes and reduce costs. At the moment, over 3,000 companies issuing loans throughout Russia (real estate agencies, developers, etc.) are connected to the service; another 4,000 plan to join by the end of the year,” said Kirill Varentsov, vice president of DOM.RF Bank.
Most often, mortgage loans were issued under the “Family” and “Preferential” mortgages — 41% and 25%, respectively. About 30% of borrowers used the program for IT specialists.
“The transition to QR in all channels of interaction with clients means that when applying for a mortgage or loan, a person does not need to provide paper documents, information and perform any additional actions. He can simply scan the QR code, after which, with his consent, all the necessary data for loan approval is sent to the bank automatically from state systems. The client just has to wait for an SMS message about approval. Every day, about 1.5 thousand citizens submit applications using the QR code,” added Nikolai Kozak, vice-president of DOM.RF Bank.
