MOSCOW, April 26 The script for the series “A Boy’s Word. Blood on the Asphalt” was created over the course of three years, more than a year was spent searching for information, said the screenwriter of the series Andrey Zolotarev.
“”In the case of “The Boy's Word” – we wrote it for three years, of which for a year or a year and a half it was the so-called research (search for information). This is a story when you are completely immersed, communicate with people, this is exactly the same journalistic work” , Zolotarev said at a meeting with students of the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University. 
By According to the screenwriter, at first his work began with a superficial study of the formation of youth criminal groups during Perestroika, and later began the search for human witnesses who could tell about it. “20 sources of information were involved,” Zolotarev clarified.
The premiere episodes of Zhora Kryzhovnikov’s project “The Boy’s Word. Blood on the Asphalt,” which starred Ruzil Minekaev, Leon Kemstach, Ivan Yankovsky, Nikita Kologrivy and others, were released in the Wink and Start online cinemas on November 9. It tells about youth criminal gangs during perestroika.
