MOSCOW, April 28 TikTok has launched in Russia on iOS: new videos are being uploaded, but the authors are still unable to upload their videos, the correspondent was convinced.
In turn, the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, reported on her Telegram channel that she operates TikTok without any restrictions. 
In the early spring of 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law introducing administrative liability for the dissemination of fakes about the actions of the Russian Armed Forces and calls for the imposition of sanctions against Russia. After this, the Chinese social network TikTok announced that it would stop distributing new content in the Russian Federation and live broadcasts (streams) because of this law.
TikTok is an application for creating and viewing short videos, owned by the Chinese company ByteDance. It was released in 2018. TikTok has headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore.
