Foreign countries are interested in Russian achievements in the field of labeling, Uzbekistan has already adopted this experience, the head of the operator of the labeling system «Honest» said in an interview sign» — Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies (CRPT) Mikhail Dubin.
“If we talk about other countries, we work in the EAEU space; Uzbekistan is also already using Russian technologies. We are ready to scale further, we are recording interest from different countries,” he said, answering a question about the interest of other countries in domestic marking technologies. 
At the same time, according to Dubin, technology transfer can take place “according to any scenario.”
«But it is important to understand that, firstly, the operator will always be local, because the system contains a large amount of sensitive data. Therefore, a direct presence there is not expected, but technology transfer is quite possible possible. And since we are still talking about a system that provides great benefits for the state, each country is interested in a certain customization of the system for itself… In this case, of course, each system will have its own characteristics,” he concluded.
