The boy was hospitalized with exhaustion. A criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of a crime under Article 125 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (leaving in danger) and Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (failure to fulfill obligations to raise a minor).
