Consist Business Group, the developer of the TURBO software platform (part of the LANIT group), announced the release of a boxed version of the TURBO TORO system for automating the processes of equipment maintenance and repair (MRO). A ready-to-use domestic development allows minimizing costs and time for implementation. The software has a pre-configured set of reports and scripts for a quick start.
The new boxed version of TURBO TORO, included in the register of Russian programs, provides automation of enterprise asset management processes for a fixed period. The solution has wide functionality: from certification and support of maintenance regulations to accounting for repair costs and assessing the condition of equipment.
The boxed delivery of TURBO TORO includes an integration package with an accounting or ERP system, a mobile application on Android and a set of pre-configured reports. The developer also provides access to online training courses that will help you get acquainted with the product in detail and quickly start using it.
The implementation of the version takes two months and includes deployment and configuration, as well as training the customer’s team to use the software. Upon completion of the project, the enterprise will have an information system with an up-to-date database. This will allow you to plan maintenance and repair activities and monitor the technical condition of equipment (register defects, starts/stops, information on operating hours and parameters). The boxed version includes the functionality of mobile bypasses and accounting for the actual resources spent on repairs.
