Otkritie Bank took second place in the category «Mobile applications: finance, insurance and investments» at the international competition Workspace Digital Awards-2024.
Winners The competition was determined through a two-stage jury vote, which included industry leaders and representatives of famous brands. According to its results, the mobile application of Otkritie Bank took second place.
During the voting, experts noted the customer-centricity of the application. Convenient online tools allow you to save time when applying for new banking products in the digital space. The jury also drew attention to the high level of automation of data collection and processing processes in the application, which made it possible to significantly shorten the customer journey.
Every year at the Workspace Digital Awards digital case competition, an expert jury selects 11 winners categories. As part of the voting, the results of the projects, their features, content and design of the cases were assessed. This year, 390 companies from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, the UAE and Uzbekistan took part in the competition.
