In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, freight cars derailed, and several long-distance passenger trains were delayed due to the accident.

As writes &quot “MK in Krasnoyarsk”, the emergency occurred at 12:50 local time (08:50 Moscow time) on the Krasnoyarsk Vostochny section — Sorokino. According to KrasRussian Railways, five cars derailed, but no one was injured. The reasons for the incident have not yet been established, but it is indicated that the tracks were damaged.

According to Baza, 5 cars and 3 tanks left the tracks, while some of the cars were turned around on the ground, they  blocked two lanes of traffic and demolished the power line service road.
