Bank DOM.RF expanded the “Premium” service package, offering clients three levels of privileges with the possibility of free service: “Intro”, “Standard” and “Ultra”.

The «Ultra» level is available for free with an average monthly balance of 6 million rubles, «Standard» — from 3 million rubles, «Intro» — from 1.5 million rubles. Clients with a salary of 200 thousand rubles or more can also use “Intro” without commission. and total spending on the card from 50 thousand rubles.

All three levels provide personalized service, favorable conditions for deposits and savings accounts, free access to business lounges around the world (from two to eight passes per month), 24-hour concierge service, tax and legal advice, travel insurance for the whole family, consultations on the selection of real estate.

A savings account has been created specifically for the “Ultra” privilege level with an interest rate equal to the key rate of the Central Bank, reduced by 1 percentage point. At the moment, the yield on the product is 15% — this is significantly higher than the average rate in the premium services market among the largest banks. For clients who choose “Standard” and “Ultra”, compensation for taxi trips is additionally provided (from 3 to 12 per year).

Holders of the premium package are offered a multi-currency Mir Supreme card with an increased cashback of up to 5%, free cash withdrawals from any ATMs up to 3 million rubles. per month and free external transfers in the amount of up to 1.5 million rubles. per month.

“We are seeing active growth in our customer base and total capital in the premium segment. Since the beginning of 2024, the number of premium clients has increased by 1.6 times compared to the same period last year, while the volume of the portfolio has increased by 2.2 times.
