The program is called “The Right Mortgage”. It assumes a rate reduction for five years. This does not imply an increase in real estate prices. More favorable conditions are achieved thanks to a special settlement system between the developer and the bank. So far, no developer in the country has such a program.
Conditions of the “Correct Mortgage” program:
- rate — 8.49%, the first five are valid years, after which it changes to the base one in force at the bank;
- down payment — from 15%;
- maximum loan amount — 50 million rubles. for Moscow and the Moscow region and 30 million rubles. for regions;
- life insurance costs — 0.5% of the loan;
- the loan can be refinanced at any time, and upon the birth of a child, enter into the family mortgage program.

Calculation example. With a loan amount of 6 million rubles. the monthly payment for the first five years will be about 46 thousand rubles. In current times, this is a comfortable load. If we take the same 6 million according to market conditions, the payment will be 98 thousand rubles.
