The fit-out of the GATE-X network fitness club has begun in the BOTANICA shopping center

On the third floor of the BOTANICA shopping center on an area of ​​about 2 thousand square meters. m will open a new technological fitness club.

The design was developed in partnership with the Serbian company Freya Architects and the Russian architectural bureau Arh.Funk, known for the design of the Rockout fitness center in Savelovsky City , Leo restaurant, the concept of updated offices of Promsvyazbank and others. The decoration of the fitness center uses natural materials, including metal, stone and wood, in a calm light gray color scheme.

The space is divided into the following functional zones: CrossFit, martial arts, strength training and cardio, personal and group training rooms. The gym will have over 100 strength and 50 cardio units of premium equipment, including new products for the Russian fitness market. The club will have areas for relaxation and working with a laptop. Each of the locker rooms will have a Finnish sauna and a salt room.

“Our team has thought through every training area, locker rooms, and recreation areas in detail. Particular attention is paid to the schedule with a variety of group classes, including original and outdoor programs. Next summer we will offer our clients and guests classes on the roof of the BOTANICA shopping center, jogging in the Garden of the Future park and functional training in the fresh air,” said Anton Smirnov, General Director of Eclipse Fitness LLC.

The BOTANICA shopping center, part of a multifunctional complex with a total area of ​​90 thousand square meters, the construction of which is being completed by PIONEER, is located 1 minute from the Botanichesky Sad metro station and the Moscow Central Circle. It will house more than 100 shops, restaurants, service operators, including such well-known market players as the Perekrestok supermarket, the brand store of Russian designers TELEGRAPH, Sela, Zarina, the M.Video household appliances and electronics supermarket, the Detsky Mir children's goods supermarket, restaurants from Novikov Group, and many others.

Some of the anchor tenants are currently already carrying out finishing work. The opening of the shopping gallery is scheduled for the end of 2024.
