Al Pacino is ready to welcome his fourth child, aged 83, with girlfriend Noor Alfallah, 29.
Oscar winner and Scarface star rep confirm the couple are expecting their first child together.
The couple have been romantically involved since April 2022 and were seen together in public in Los Angeles last month.
Pacino is already the father of three children with two women.
He had 33-year-old Julie Pacino with Ian Tarrant and shares 22-year-old twins Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino with actress Beverly D'Angelo.
Ms. Alfalla was previously linked to Sir Mick Jagger and billionaire Nicholas Berggruen.
She was photographed with Clint Eastwood in 2019, but said they were 'just friends'.

Last month, Pacino revealed he was offered the role of Hans Solo in the Star Wars franchise, and jokingly identified himself as the one who launched Harrison Ford's career.
According to Variety, Pacino said he was given «a script called Star Wars» and was offered «so much money».
He explained that he «read it» but «didn't understand it.»
“So I said I couldn’t do it,” Pacino said. «I gave up Star Wars.»
«I gave Harrison Ford a career,» he joked.
