Justin Trudeau will attend the coronation of King Charles, a government official confirmed to The Telegraph.
The Canadian government has yet to announce its full complement for the ceremony at Westminster Abbey on May 6, and as known, the final details are yet to be confirmed.
There were some doubts about Mr. Trudeau's presence as there was no official announcement from Ottawa as the event approached.
However, an official told The Telegraph that the Canadian Prime Minister «will be attending the event.» Coronation.
Mr. Trudeau's full itinerary has not yet been released. "There are so many elements to make sure everything is completed" the official said.
The Liberal Party leader, 51, also represented Canada at the late Queen's state funeral last year.
During his time in London, he was caught on camera singing «Bohemian Rhapsody» in a hotel lobby.

Canada will hold its own coronation day celebration to «recognize the special relationship» the nation has had with His Majesty over the past half century and «celebrate his reign as King of Canada,» the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement.
The event will include «art performances and special openings» at various venues in the Capital Region, including Rideau Hall.
On Monday, Canadian Heritage Minister Pablo Rodriguez announced the full list of domestic events, including a 21-gun salute from Parliament Hill in Ottawa.
During Coronation Weekend, the Peace Tower and other federal buildings will be illuminated in emerald green, as will buildings in the UK and other Commonwealth countries.
«Vinarians of Canada, including members, will attend the Privy Council the King of Canada, eminent Canadians and individuals associated with causes dear to His Majesty,» the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement.
The ceremony is expected to be attended by many foreign royals, heads of state and politicians, as well as a number of receptions and parties in London over the weekend.
King Charles, 74, will host a reception for Commonwealth leaders On May 5, and in the evening at Buckingham Palace, there will be a dinner for world leaders.
Joe Biden, President of the United States, will not attend the coronation, but instead will send his wife Jill, First Lady, to represent the United States.
Despite the president's decision not to attend, Washington struggles to deny that his absence was intended as an insult.
