Developer PIONEER for the first time in its history implemented innovative digital assets-tokens. Individual clients purchased the entire available volume of assets from the company in less than three days in the application of the bank and Alfa Investments.
The release of investment assets in digital format has become a successful experiment for the company, and the opportunity to purchase tokens caused a rush of demand. The company's assets are a digital analogue of bonds and are placed for a short period of three months.
The yield of the instrument is 15% and is determined by the current key rate, as well as a premium, which is calculated based on the level of the company, its financial stability, recognition and ratings. The advantage of working with digital assets is that there is no need to involve the exchange in the process of issuing bonds for the issuer.
In order to offer digital tokens for sale, the company underwent onboarding on the A-Token platform — based on its results a decision was made to issue tokens with key conditions.
“We became one of the first real estate developers who showed themselves in the innovative market of digital assets, and we evaluate this experiment as successful. Next year, we are also considering the possibility of working with digital investment instruments and offering interesting investment products not only to individuals, but also to institutional investors,” noted Alexandra Solntseva, CFO of PIONEER.
The company also emphasized that the market for financial digital assets is just beginning to take shape, but its prospects are already assessed by professional participants as high. In the future, when the opportunity to participate in the secondary market becomes available to investors, the potential of assets is expected to increase.
