MOSCOW, April 1 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to create a program for the preservation of cultural heritage sites of the peoples of the Russian Federation until 2045, and not to allocate for this in 2025-2030 less than 51 billion rubles, according to the Kremlin website.
“»The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, must ensure the development, approval and implementation of a program for the preservation of cultural heritage sites of the peoples of the Russian Federation for the period until 2045, including: by 2030, with the participation of the joint-stock company DOM.RF, at least one thousand cultural heritage sites will be in a satisfactory condition and additional federal budget allocations in the amount of at least 51 billion rubles will be allocated for these purposes in 2025–2030,” the statement says. .
In addition, it was instructed to provide additional measures to support individuals and legal entities participating in the implementation of this program, “including a mechanism for supporting investors participating in activities to ensure the safety of cultural heritage sites , at all stages of the implementation of such activities, including the stage of involving a cultural heritage object in economic circulation,” as well as optimization of procedures for involving cultural heritage objects in economic circulation.
The corresponding report must be submitted before October 1, 2024, then – once every six months; responsible — Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and regional authorities.
