Eddie Hearn has confirmed discussions are underway for a double superfight in Saudi Arabia pitting Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk plus Anthony Joshua vs Deontay Wilder on the same card for $400 million.
It was downplayed as just a rumor by his promotion competitors on Tuesday, but Hearn outlined the discussions that were involved in an interview with iFL TV, acknowledging that there was a desire in the Middle East to host events featuring the biggest heavyweight names, featuring four of them. the main names and the undisputed title.
“There is definitely some interest in the Middle East in organizing this event,” Hearn explained. “There have been conversations with people who would like to have Fury vs. Usyk and Joshua vs. Wilder on the same night. It will cost a lot of money, but it will be epic.
