The latest novelty of the Russian automotive industry, the LADA X-Cross 5 crossover, was officially presented at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). This is reported by the publication SPEEDME.RU.
The production of new models, which starts today, will be carried out by the former Nissan St. Petersburg automobile plant, renamed “Lada St. Petersburg”. Recall that the company came under the control of “AvtoVAZ” in February 2023.
LADA X-Cross 5 is based on the Chinese crossover FAW Bestune T77. According to preliminary data, in technical terms, the differences between LADA and the original FAW crossover will be minimal.
