A serial variation of the luxury off-road vehicle Aurus Komendant was presented at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, journalists from the automotive publication SPEEDME.RU report. Today it is the most expensive Russian model: its price tag is within 35–37 million rubles.
It is worth recalling that Komendant is the second model of the Russian luxury brand Aurus. It was shown at the end of September 2022 at the Special Purpose Garage Museum of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation in Moscow. The SUV is assembled at the plant in the Alabuga SEZ.
The model has a hybrid unit with a capacity of 598 hp, which is powered by a gasoline turbo engine V8 with a displacement of 4.4 liters and a 62-horsepower electric unit, “clamped” between the internal combustion engine and the domestic 9-speed “automatic” KATE.
