Elon Musk in training after calling Mark Zuckerberg to fight

Twitter owner in mixed martial arts training he challenged in a cage match last week.

The tech billionaires have exchanged barbs in recent weeks after plans surfaced that the Facebook founder could launch a competitor to Twitter.

Tensions reached a new level last week when Musk threw down the gauntlet after discovering that the Facebook founder was into martial arts.

Mr Musk joked, «I'm ready for a cage match if he laughs.» Mr. Zuckerberg's quick response on Instagram: «Send me [the place].»

Mr. Musk was photographed working out with podcaster Lex Friedman pinning him to the floor on Wednesday.

In another image, Mr. Musk throws Mr. Friedman over his shoulder and falls to the ground.

Mr. Friedman tweeted:

Mr. Musk responded that «walrus», a term he coined to describe his signature move, lying on an opponent, «is going pretty well.»
