The new products were developed by engineers from the company's racing division, but they are civilian and intended for public roads.
The Italian sports car manufacturer has unveiled a couple of new products, moreover, created under the XX program, which previously covered only the development of non-road racing cars. However, the new coupe and spider Ferrari SF90 XX received the status of civilian cars, so they may well replenish someone's private fleet.

The Ferrari SF90 XX received a number of aerodynamic elements, as well as changes in the body, which allowed to increase the pressure strength. According to the company, air ducts in the hood and an active large rear wing allow for downforce equal to 530 kg at a speed of 240 km/h. For comparison, the «regular» sports car SF90 Stradale, this figure at the same speed was 390 kg.

The SF90 XX coupe and spider are different due to the design of the stern: the place of four lights (two on each side) was taken by a horizontally elongated thin strip running across the entire width. More models have changed the shape of the front and side air intakes, the front splitter, and there are now slots above the wheel arches that are needed to remove air. The list of features of the open top version includes the preserved aluminum roof panel; at a speed of no more than 45 km/h, the top takes 14 seconds to fold the top.

Changes can also be seen in the cabin: the Ferrari SF90 XX received a new carbon fiber decor, lighter seats and different finishes . The developers managed to reduce the dry weight of sports cars by 10 kg, so now the SF90 XX Stradale coupe has a figure of 1560 kg, and the SF90 XX Spider modification has 1660 kg.

The engine works in tandem with three electric motors, with two of them located on the front axle, another one on the rear. They now put out 233 hp in total. (13 hp more). The total output of the entire power plant is 1030 hp, which is 30 hp. outperforms the «regular» SF90 Stradale. The pair offers an eight-speed robot with two clutches. The system also includes a battery with a capacity of 7.9 kWh, the range when driving on electric power alone is 25 km.

The Ferrari SF90 XX coupe and spider take 2.3 seconds to accelerate from zero to 100, while the SF90 Stradale takes 2.5 seconds. The new coupe gains the first two hundred in 6.5 seconds (instead of 6.7 seconds in the basic version), and the spider in 6.7 seconds (instead of 7 seconds). The top speed is 320 km/h (20 km/h less than the SF90 Stradale) regardless of body type. will be 799 units, and the number of spiders will be limited to 599 copies.
