MOSCOW, 1 Nov. Blogger Karina Nigai told in a story on her Instagram page* what health problems she developed after participating in the reality show “Stars in Africa.”

"After "Stars in Africa" I had severe depression, an eating disorder (now I’m plus 5 kg to my normal weight), and I still can’t get my perfect skin back. There’s a complete breakdown in the body, it’s unclear how to treat it,” Nigai shared.
Answering questions from subscribers, the celebrity also called the show wonderful, exciting and rated, but admitted that she would not want to go through this experience again.

"Even under the threat of losing my job, I I wouldn’t go hungry again, live with these people and be under cameras 24/7. Watching the show at home is fun, but being a participant is not fun at all,” she summed up.
Karina Migai added that she is still recovering and adjusting her nutrition.
