A thief robbed the house of a traffic police officer in the Moscow region for 3.7 million rubles

Employee's family The traffic police became a victim of a crime in a cottage village near Sergiev Posad — their house was robbed while the owners were at the cinema with the whole family.

As REN TV reports, on the afternoon of November 13, a thief entered a house in the village of Ryazantsy, belonging to the mother, through a window victim. When the owners returned home in the evening, they immediately noticed a fallen flower pot and shoe prints on the floor in the home. Having gone up to the second floor, the owners saw that the safe located there had been broken into and the contents were missing. According to the victims, 3.2 million rubles and two thousand dollars and euros were kept in the safe. Also, gold and silver rings and earrings disappeared from the chest of drawers.

The traffic police officer stated that the total value of the stolen valuables was 3.7 million rubles. According to him, he kept the cash after selling his father’s property. The criminal has not yet been found.
