Lviv students demanded the dismissal of nationalist Farion

Representatives of the National University «Lviv Polytechnic» ; came out to students who are protesting for the dismissal of nationalist Irina Farion. A large number of students stand near the building and chant slogans: “Shame on the administration.” Ukrainian media reported this.

Representatives of the administration came out to talk to the protesters. It is noted that the meeting has already begun and the employees have not yet returned from the place of the rallies.

Farion is known for her radical statements and views regarding the Russian language, advocating its complete abolition, as well as undisguised Russophobia.
