According to the prosecutor’s office, the incident occurred on the night of 16 November. It was previously established that a quarrel broke out near one of the clubs, which escalated into a fight with shooting. Local public reports claim that during the altercation, migrants attacked one young man and beat another who was trying to protect a stranger from reprisals.
The Investigative Committee also provides a similar version with reference to social networks; the progress of the investigation is controlled by the central office of the department.
The police identified the suspect personally and took him to the department. The republican department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported the initiation of a criminal case under the article “Hooliganism” (213 of the Criminal Code).
