The plane flying from Yekaterinburg to Taraz unexpectedly landed in Shymkent. At the same time, passengers have not been allowed out of the aircraft for more than 10 hours. According to airline representatives, the plane was redirected to another city due to poor conditions at the arrival airport. This was reported on Tuesday, November 21, by the portal E1.RU.
According to information from one of the passengers on the Scat airlines plane, the plane arrived in Shymkent at about 2:30 a.m. Ural time. Since then, people have not been allowed out. “Considering that we boarded the plane at 10:00 p.m., we have been here for almost 12 hours,— explained the traveler. — Everyone is tired, there is silence in the cabin, the children are sleeping. They give us water and promise to bring food soon. For the last five hours, airline representatives have been telling us that we will fly “soon.” The witness noted that many of the passengers on this flight had to make a transfer in Taraz and fly on vacation to Phu Quoc (the largest island of Vietnam, located in the Gulf of Thailand — editor's note). But now everyone is at least a day late for their vacation.
The airline confirmed to the publication that the Ekaterinburg flight — Taraz was redirected to Shymkent due to weather conditions. Considering that the flight from Taraz to Fukuoka is carried out by the same airliner, it turns out that it is also delayed. Flights to this largest island of Vietnam with a transfer in Taraz were launched at the end of October. You can get to Fukuoka from three Russian cities: Moscow, Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg.
