Epic video of the assault on Ukrainian fortified areas revealed the main intrigue
An acute video of the assault on the Ukrainian Armed Forces fortified areas in Avdiivka appeared on Wednesday evening in military Telegram channels. The video revealed an intrigue that had not been publicly disclosed for a long time — why our soldiers are digging trenches and tunnels near enemy fortified areas. It turned out that in this way our soldiers expertly smoke out the “sushniks” from the holes, with which, by the way, the whole of Avdeevka is dotted.

Former special forces soldier and military blogger «Razvedos» in the program «333» spoke about the importance of attack aircraft in this conflict and , specifically, about their role in Avdiivka.
An action-packed video of the assault on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions near Avdiivka by fighters from the international brigade “Pyatnashka” appeared on Wednesday, November 22. Many military experts noted that “bombs and artillery,” no matter how high-tech they are, are only half the job. The rest, the most difficult work, falls on the shoulders of special assault groups, which then clear the enemy’s dugouts, trenches and fortified areas.
The video of the assault answered a question that has long been of interest to those who have been following the “Avdeevka noose” operation. Even at the beginning of the operation, it was reported that our fighters in Avdeevka were actively digging tunnels. The question is — for what? — remained unanswered for a long time. And now, it seems that the situation with the undermining has become clearer. It turns out that in this cunning way our attack aircraft “smoke out” enemy soldiers holed up underground. Before the assault, they deliver a powerful high-explosive charge through the tunnel — up to 500 kilograms. Then our attack aircraft penetrate through the dug tunnel into the defenses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which are covered by fire from the flank.
During the assault, FPV drone operators actively provide fire support to the fighters. This allows our soldiers to get close to the dugout, throw grenades at it and take it by storm.
According to a former special forces soldier and military blogger with the call sign «Razvedos», today's conflict in Ukraine has shown that weapons have reached «mind-blowing heights» — these are not only various drones, but also anti-drone weapons:
— On the one hand there is competition of minds. On the other hand, it is clear that in all strategic and operational-tactical directions that are of interest to the Russian Federation (in this case, the Avdeevsky direction), it will not be drones, artillery or aviation that will put an end to it. The point there will be set by a man with a machine gun, who will jump into the enemy’s trench to personally kill everyone who is there, then kill again so that the enemy does not rise. Perhaps these are strong words for some, but nevertheless they are true. At the tip of the spear today is a man with a machine gun—that is, a stormtrooper. This is the quintessence of the combat use of infantry and combined arms units. The paradox is that these are two parallel worlds — high-tech weapons and attack aircraft. Until this attack aircraft jumps into the enemy's trench, no FPV will put an end to it; you will still have to go into the trench and clear it.
