DOM.RF Bank has launched a service that allows you to apply for a consumer loan in one touch. To submit an application, just scan the QR code posted in bank branches — a decision on the product will come within a few minutes.
All information on a potential client comes from a digital profile on State Services. To leave an application, the borrower does not need to fill out a form or provide documents.
“Bank DOM.RF strives to provide a seamless process of providing financial services, we value clients’ time, so we are interested in ensuring that our services can be received in the shortest possible time. We were the first in Russia to launch mortgage processing using a QR code, and now we have adapted the innovative method for consumer loans. We expect that at least 50% of loan agreements will be concluded in this format,” said Irina Kizimchuk, Deputy Director of Sales Management at Bank DOM.RF.
The technology allows the client to submit an application independently without the participation of a bank employee. All further procedures for obtaining a loan can also be completed remotely by the borrower.
“The ability to submit applications using a QR code greatly simplifies and speeds up the lending process. We are actively working to develop services through government information systems and, in fact, are creating a unified digital ecosystem for interaction between Bank DOM.RF and our clients. This process is part of our planned development strategy aimed at constantly improving the user experience and expanding the functionality of digital platforms. The implementation of each stage helps to increase the level of convenience and accessibility of our services for clients,” said Oleg Komlik, director of the Digital division of DOM.RF Bank.
