MOSCOW, November 17 TV presenter Oksana Fedorova, in a conversation with, assessed the chances of Margarita Golubeva winning in the upcoming final of the Miss Universe contest in Salvador. 
According to Fedorova, the girl is a worthy participant.

"Margarita may well claim victory. “She is perfectly prepared by the organizers, and has all the necessary qualities that are needed for the Miss Universe contest,” she commented.
The former holder of the Miss Universe title recalled that this year she took part in the selection of Russian beauties together with singer Dmitry Malikov, singer Tatyana Kotova, designer Igor Chapurin and composer Vladimir Matetsky.
