MOSCOW, October 30 Rospatent has registered the trademark “Let’s Drink to Love” at the request of singer and composer Igor Nikolaev, the department said.
The song “Let’s Drink to Love,” which became a hit, was released by Nikolaev in 1995 in the album of the same name.
According to Rospatent, the trademark was registered on October 18 of this year, and the singer filed an application back in April. The exclusive rights to this phrase will be valid for almost 10 years — until April 2033.
