The decision to purchase an office was made by a manufacturer and distributor of children's clothing and toys due to the need to expand their business in a modern office space. The company's main office will be located in the acquired premises.
For the Gulliver company, the choice of premises in the OSTANKINO business park was determined by a combination of factors determining this project. “Convenient location within walking distance from metro stations and the MCD, the variability of scenarios for using workspaces, the presence of our own infrastructure and the reputation of the developer PIONEER became the decisive motivation for us. In the new office, the company will be able to implement its strategic objectives, and the quality of the project meets our high standards,” noted the Gulliver company.
According to the project consultant, the task was to find modern class A office space in a convenient location, from a reliable developer, which will fully meet the company’s needs and will allow the head office to be located.
“This transaction is a striking example of the trend for the sale of high-quality office premises, which not only reduces rental risks for buyers, but is also a tool for preserving capital in the current economic situation,” comments Natalya Nikitina, head of the office real estate department at CMWP.
The purchase of an office by Gulliver Group became one of the major transactions of the fall in the OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK project. Recently, PIONEER has sold 5,600 sq. m of offices in the finished building 4 and the under construction building 6 of the business park.
“The high stage of project readiness motivates not only investors, but also end users, who can plan their own move in the foreseeable future and comfortable accommodation of employees in the new headquarters next year,” noted PIONEER.
Recall that four of the six buildings of OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK have already been put into operation. The overall readiness of building 6 is 65%. The building is completing work on glazing the facades and installing a ventilation façade at the ends. The finishing of common areas is underway, the installation of internal utility networks and the installation of elevator equipment continues. Ventilation and air conditioning equipment is installed on the roof. Tile laying is underway throughout the area. On the first two floors of the building there will be a fitness center from a premium operator with a swimming pool; on the ground floor in the lobby the project will provide public meeting rooms. Commissioning of building 6 is scheduled for 2024.
