Otkritie Bank for the second time in a row won the annual Frank Mortgage Award in the category “Best Mortgage Bank 2023”. In addition, the bank received an award in the “Best Mortgage Manager” category.
The analytical agency Frank RG presented the results of the largest mortgage market study in Russia and awarded the best mortgage banks in the country. When conducting the study “Mortgage in Russia 2023,” the programs of 20 largest credit institutions were studied, the digital functionality of banks was tested, and more than 2.3 thousand mortgage clients were surveyed and 24 interviews were conducted with market participants: banks, developers and real estate agencies.
In the main nomination “Best Mortgage Bank 2023”, Otkritie received the highest award based on the results of a Benchmark study, analysis of digital services, product offerings, as well as a study of customer satisfaction.
In the nomination “Best work of a mortgage manager,” Otkritie Bank scored the maximum score in terms of customer satisfaction with the service of a mortgage manager among the participants in the client study.
