In the press service of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Tula region it was reported that in Tula law enforcement officers detained a suspect in the murder of a one-year-old child.
Recall that the day before investigators reported that the body of a one-year-old child with a stab wound was found in an apartment in Tula. The suspect was put on the wanted list; according to the source, the suspect is the father of the child. A criminal case was initiated against him.
“The suspect was detained. He is in the hospital,” the department noted, without specifying the exact reason why he was hospitalized.
The press service noted that after the man has received medical assistance, investigators will continue to work with him.
