MOSCOW, December 4The information that Elena Blinovskaya paid the tax authorities 1.4 billion rubles is not true, she does not have such an opportunity, said the blogger’s lawyer Natalia Salnikova.
Last week, Salnikova reported that based on the results of a tax audit, a decision was made that determined that Blinovskaya’s debt amounted to 918 million, together with penalties and fines – 1 billion 400 million rubles. At the same time, the tax examination ordered by the investigation is still being carried out.
Today, information appeared in the media that Blinovskaya allegedly resolved the issue with the tax debt in a few days.
“”This is not true, it is simply not true. Previously, we announced the repayment of debt in the amount of about 50-55 million rubles, nothing has changed since then. Elena does not have the opportunity to repay such an amount (1.4 billion – ed.) “, said the agency's interlocutor.
Blinovskaya is accused of tax evasion and money laundering. In mid-November, the court left her under house arrest until January.

According to the Investigative Committee, Blinovskaya received a large income from the implementation of training courses and training marathons, not wanting to “switch to a general taxation system and pay the VAT and personal income tax provided for by this tax regime.”
In addition, according to the Investigative Committee, she involved unidentified persons in the implementation of the criminal scheme. According to investigators, the blogger failed to pay taxes totaling over 918 million rubles for 2019-2021.
The prosecutor's office noted that Blinovskaya also legalized illegally obtained 43 million rubles by paying for her husband's car, purchasing equipment for her husband and sister's companies, the work of a musical artist and a festive event in August 2021.
Later, her husband Alexey Blinovsky also became involved in the case. A preventive measure was chosen for him in the form of a ban on certain actions, which did not allow him to use communications and the Internet, but his movements were not limited.
