MOSCOW, December 4 Artistic director of the Maly Theater, People's Artist of the USSR Yuri Solomin continues treatment in the hospital, there are no changes in his health condition, the theater director said Tamara Mikhailova.
Solomin was hospitalized with a stroke on November 6. On November 21, Mikhailova reported that he was transferred from intensive care to a regular ward of the neurology department.
“I can’t say anything about his discharge yet. He feels the same as he felt. There is no news yet, neither good nor bad,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
Yuri Solomin was born on June 18, 1935 in Chita. Since 1961, he has been teaching at the Shchepkin Higher Theater School, professor of the acting department. As a director, Solomin works at the Maly Theater and on television. He played in almost 60 films and TV series.
